Research In Motion (RIM) introduced a new feature that allows antarpengguna BlackBerry can connect to each other and share multimedia content with ease. Blackberry Tag feature is included on the BlackBerry operating system update 7.
The most interesting part of this new feature allows users to add contacts is BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) with ease. Simply by tapping, or put together its BlackBerry device, contact your colleague fuel stored directly on your BlackBerry Contact.
Besides useful when trying to add a contact, tapping process also allows users to share contacts, documents, URLs, images, and other multimedia content.
Blackberry Tag technology utilizing Near Field Communications (NFC) is in the Blackberry smartphone that was recently launched, the BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve 9350/9360/9370 9900/9930. Range smartphone is the first BlackBerry smartphone to support BlackBerry Tag this feature.
RIM also announced plans to open up access to the BlackBerry Tags through the API (application programming interface) BlackBerry platform. This plan enables software developers to utilize the functionality "tap to share" in a variety of applications made by them.
