Tips for Reducing Salt


Not easy to control how much salt that enters the body. However, there are several ways that may be useful.

1. If you are forced to eat food with high salt levels, Balance with adding foods that contain lots of potassium, such as fresh vegetables and fruits such as bananas.

2. Do not hesitate to ask the hotel or restaurant shall be affixed on the amount of salt in food. Most chefs do not mind to not add salt when requested.

3. Examine the sources of salt in your diet everyday, such as food from restaurants, fast food, and cooking spices that contain salt. Many of these sources are very high salt levels.

4. Do not forget to always read the labels on the packages of food packaging when shopping. Make sure you choose foods that contain the lowest levels of salt than others.
