Increased employees, Google's Remove 100 Million Dollars


Google reportedly has spent $ 100 million U.S. dollars (about USD 880 billion) to expand its headquarters in Mountain View, California, USA. This expansion is urgent because of the rapid development of the largest search engine company's business. What makes the space requirements for employees in all business units rose sharply.

According to the Contra Costa Times, Google has purchased an area of ​​240,000 square meters, located not far from Google's headquarters today. In that area there are several office buildings known as "The Landmark at Shoreline". Google spokesman confirmed the purchase, but he refused to mention the purchase price.

"We continue to recruit new employees, therefore it needs the space for new employees is very important", said David Radcliffe, Google's vice president for business real estate and office services. "The Landmark is very strategic position because of contact with our office and we will connect it to our campus," David added.

Local newspapers said the building at the Mountain View area can accommodate approximately 960 employees. However, a Google spokesman again refused to say how many employees will work there.
